Couples & Family Therapy

Relationships can be the place where we feel most connected—and the place where old patterns, stress, and misunderstandings show up the fastest. When communication breaks down, conflict escalates, or everyone feels stretched thin, it can be hard to find your way back to each other without support. Many couples and families come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles they can’t seem to shift on their own: repeated arguments, emotional distance, parenting stress, or the sense that everyone is trying but nothing is changing.

Couples and family therapy offers a structured, steady space to slow down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is grounded in relational and nervous‑system awareness, helping you notice the patterns that keep you disconnected and the moments where repair is possible. Together, we work to create new ways of communicating, staying present, and supporting each other—so the relationship becomes a place of stability rather than strain.

I work with partners and families navigating conflict, transitions, blended family dynamics, co‑parenting challenges, and the deeper work of rebuilding trust and connection. Sessions move at a pace that supports everyone’s capacity, with an emphasis on clarity, emotional safety, and practical change.

Couples and family therapy is offered as private pay because this work does not involve diagnosis or the use of insurance service codes. This allows the focus to remain on the relationship itself—not on labeling one partner or family member with a mental health condition.
