Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults seeking clarity, steadiness, and meaningful change. Sessions provide a calm, relational space to understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build patterns that support your well‑being.

Many people come to therapy because they’ve spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly losing track of themselves. When relationships, parenting, work, or the pace of life start pulling you off center, it can be hard to know how to find your way back. You might feel overwhelmed by conflict, afraid of letting people down, or unsure what you want anymore. You may notice old patterns resurfacing—overworking, shutting down, avoiding hard conversations, or feeling responsible for everyone’s emotions.

Individual therapy offers a steady place to slow down, understand what’s happening inside you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside. My approach is relational and nervous‑system aware. We look at the patterns shaping your relationships, your sense of self, and the ways you’ve learned to cope—so you can create change that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to who you are.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, identity shifts, and the deeper work of rebuilding trust in themselves. Sessions may include reflection, practical tools, and expressive arts processes when helpful—ways of accessing insight that go beyond words and help you reconnect with your imagination, agency, and internal resources.

My role is to be a calm, steady presence while we explore what’s no longer working and what might support you moving forward. Together, we create space for clarity, choice, and meaningful change.

I accept private pay and am in‑network with United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Ambetter.
